Customer payments for marketplace jobs are held securely by StreamVans and only released to the driver once the job is completed and confirmed.

Only drivers who have passed identity, insurance and document verification can bid for and complete jobs.

Full addresses and contact details are protected until a deposit is paid, protecting both customers and drivers.

If something goes wrong, raise a dispute from your job page and our team will mediate fairly before any funds are released.
