Secure payments
Deposits and payments are taken through our secure card provider. The balance is only due once your removal or delivery has been carried out as agreed.
Verified drivers
Only drivers who have passed identity, insurance and document verification carry out StreamVans removals and delivery routes.
Contact privacy
Your full address and contact details are shared only with the StreamVans team and the driver assigned to your booking.
If something goes wrong
Contact our office within 7 days of your booking and our team will investigate fairly and offer a remedy where appropriate — see our Complaints Procedure.
