Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability, accurate customer information, payment confirmation, access conditions, parking availability and service suitability.

Refusal & rescheduling

StreamVans Ltd may refuse or reschedule jobs where safety, legality, vehicle capacity or access conditions are unsuitable.

Vehicle rental

Self-drive rentals require valid licence checks, ID verification and acceptance of insurance terms. Customers are responsible for fines, fuel, damage, mileage excess, congestion/ULEZ/tolls and late returns.

Insurance

StreamVans Ltd is insured for Commercial and Domestic Removals, Courier and Light Haulage Contracting by Road. All risks are covered in respect of your own contracts:

• Goods in Transit (all risks, your own contracts): insured GBP 20,000 per vehicle
• CMR (international carriage by road): insured GBP 500,000 per vehicle
• Public Liability cover: £1,000,000.00
