Verification
Drivers must provide valid identity, licence, right-to-work, insurance and vehicle documents. StreamVans verifies these before any delivery route is allocated.
Route allocation
StreamVans plans delivery routes and offers them to verified drivers in their preferred area. Drivers may use their own car or van, or a StreamVans vehicle where provided.
Conduct
Drivers must complete accepted routes professionally, on time, with appropriate insurance and care for every parcel, and capture proof of delivery as instructed.
Weekly pay
Completed routes are approved by StreamVans and paid weekly per route, with a statement issued to the driver.
Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, repeated no-shows or cancellations, unsafe practices, or failure to maintain valid documents and insurance.
